Faculty & Alumni Showcase Series (FASS)
Through the Faculty & Alumni Showcase Series (FASS), TU Law invites faculty members and alumni to present based on their diverse areas of experience.
Each of these Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions has been approved for one hour of Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the Oklahoma Bar Association. If you would like to receive credit for a different jurisdiction, please consult the bar association or licensing authority in that jurisdiction.
Many of the Faculty & Alumni Showcase Series sessions are available on the TU Law YouTube channel a few days following the event.
Richard B. Risk Practicum Series
In 2011, The University of Tulsa College of Law launched the Richard B. Risk Practicum Series. The series is funded by the Richard B. Risk Endowment Fund. Mr. Risk, who graduated from TU Law in 2001, established the endowment fund to provide resources for high-quality instruction in specialized areas of the law, including settlement planning, which is a critical aspect of the legal profession and an area where Mr. Risk has earned his distinguished reputation as a leading expert. A judge and an attorney who are members of the Tulsa County Bar Association Bench and Bar Committee lead each session of the series.
TU Law takes great pride in providing its alumni and other young attorneys who are in the early stages of their careers with outstanding educational opportunities and extend its sincere gratitude to Mr. Risk for establishing the endowment.
TU College of Law provides one hour of CLE credit to attorneys who have been licensed 0-3 years at no cost. The one-hour registration fee for attorneys licensed 4+ years is $45.00, assessed by the TCBA, and will be collected at registration. Any attorney may register and audit the CLE for $10.00. All registrants will be provided lunch at 11:30 AM. If you would like to receive credit for a different jurisdiction, you will need to consult the bar association or licensing attorney in that jurisdiction.
